    In line with the implementation of Article 9 of the Resolution No. 1127128 dated 2017/03/18 of the Supreme Administrative Council, the issue of citizen rights in the administrative system under the title "The right to express free opinions and submit suggestions regarding administrative decisions and processes" was determined according to the decision of the Administrative Health and Safety Working Group. From people's rights and the committee for the development of e-government and intelligentization, some plans and bills or administrative instructions related to the rights of individuals after the approval of the draft and before the final decision, through the electronic portal of the special assistant to the minister for civil rights affairs on the portal of the Ministry of Ataf within a period of two weeks, it should be available to the public for comments, and after receiving constructive criticism from the people, it should be amended and communicated.

    Ministry of Energy Public Participation Strategy Statement
    The Ministry of Energy, as the custodian of the supply, transmission and distribution of safe and sanitary drinking water and the production of safe and stable electricity for the use of various sectors and members of society at the country level; considers itself obliged to develop goals, programs and activities related to the water and electricity industry, even as much as possible, to obtain public participation, and in this field to outline its policy as described below, and to monitor the performance of the companies and institutions of the sub-category to:

    1. Attracting people's participation and satisfaction at the highest possible level and trying to fully comply with the Charter of Citizens' Rights in the field of duties and activities of the Ministry of Energy.
    2. Development of trust and social capital in the system of governance and management of water and energy resources by respecting the rights of citizens and fulfilling their social rights and striving to provide the physical, mental and social health of society members in the fields related to the water industry and Electricity
    3. comprehensive information and education and culturalization of optimal water and energy consumption; With the aim of raising the awareness of employees, subscribers and beneficiaries regarding their individual duties and social responsibilities towards the society and to attract public contributions.
    4. Clarifying and providing a platform for the participation of all stakeholders in policy-making, decision-making and implementation of policies and plans, by using appropriate tools of electronic participation, and taking advantage of the advisory capacity of people and non-governmental organizations
    5. Facilitating free and comprehensive access to water and energy information
    6. Improving responsiveness to the consequences of decisions and activities of the Ministry of Energy on the environment and society in line with corporate social responsibility.
    7. Measuring the level of satisfaction of employees and subscribers from receiving services in a period of one year, regularly, in order to provide services in a more competent manner.
    8. Considering the necessary arrangements to collect and use the opinions, suggestions and criticisms of employees, subscribers and beneficiaries in order to satisfy the subscribers of the water and electricity industry, within the framework of laws and regulations.

    It is expected from all employees, managers, consultants, contractors and beneficiaries, with practical commitment to the above-mentioned matters, to try to make it happen in the Ministry of Energy and all subsidiaries and affiliated companies and companies active in the water and electricity industry. .
