    First, dear subscribers should open an account in one of the banks that provide offline bill payment services, with the necessary documents in hand, and use the offline bill payment service in all virtual environments (telephone banking, SMS banking, mobile banking, internet, etc.) to activate in the account opening branch. Then, by completing the form for using the mentioned services in the mentioned bank (for some banks, this form is located on the internet site of the mentioned bank), they should receive an envelope containing the user ID and password for electronic payment of bills.

    Internet:
    Refer to the address of the desired bank's website.
    - In the desired site, click "Enter Internet Banking" or "Electronic Payment of Bills".
    - Enter the identification code and password (if requested) that you have previously received from the branch.
    - Select the account you want to pay the bill.
    - In the electronic payment section, select bill payment and then water bill.
    - Complete the bill payment form based on your bill and then confirm it.
    - The desired bank will pay the amount of the bill on your behalf.
    - If you select the bill report in the electronic payment section, your payment confirmation report is visible.

    Bank phone:

After hearing the operator's message about the type and amount of the bill through the key announced by the operator, if it is correct, confirm your operation. The system deducts the desired amount from your account and announces the tracking number.

    with the bank:
    By going to the bank and completing the form provided by the bank, the branch user activates the relevant service and provides you with a password. Then go to the download section of the relevant bank's internet site, download the relevant software and install it on your phone via Bluetooth or cable. (Your phone must be able to install additional software) Click on the icon created by the software through your mobile phone and pay your water bill by entering the password.

    Bank SMS:
    Send your short message in the format announced by the desired bank to the number provided by the bank: for example, the message format for bill payment via short message in Tejarat Bank is as follows: payer password + payment ID + Bill ID + Account Number + 3 Note: Bill ID and Payment ID are introduced in bills.

    ATM:
    - Put your card in the ATM.
    - Select the desired language.
    - Enter the card password and then press the register button.
    - Select the bill payment menu.
    - Using the device's keyboard, enter the bill ID and press the register button.
    - Enter the payment ID and press the register button. (bill ID and payment ID are included in consumer bills).
    - Select your desired account number (if a separate account is linked to your card).
    - If the issuing company of the bill is not supported by the electronic payment system of the respective bank, the system will display the message that the payment of this bill is currently not supported.
    - If the company issuing your bill is supported by the bank, the details of the registered bill will be displayed on the screen of the device.
    - If the above items are correct, confirm the withdrawal from the account and the payment of the bill with the yes button.
    - After seeing the tracking number, get the relevant receipt from the ATM.
    - Please attach the receipt to the relevant bill and keep it with you for possible future follow-ups.

    Note: By having one of the Shatab member cards, you can pay your bill using an ATM machine.

    POS terminals:
    Insert the card into the POS machine. Select the payment option on the device. Then enter the bill ID and payment ID, the device will display the amount. After confirming the amount, the device asks for the code and gives a receipt at the end.
